Nature of the service
AI Futa provides conversation with fictional virtual characters for entertainment and companionship. Muses are not real people.

Conversations do not constitute medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Seek a qualified professional for such matters.
Account registration
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use AI Futa for unlawful, harassing, hateful or abusive purposes, or to request explicit content.
Prohibited conduct
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the service or its security.
User content
You keep ownership of messages you write. You grant AI Futa a limited licence to process them to operate and improve the service.
Character content
All muse names, images, profiles and written personalities are the property of AI Futa and may not be reused without permission.
Intellectual property
The AI Futa name, logo, design and site content are protected by intellectual property laws.
Subscriptions
Optional paid plans are billed in advance for the period selected and renew automatically unless cancelled.
Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or stated otherwise at purchase.
Price changes
We may change prices with at least 14 days notice. Changes apply from the next billing period.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error free.
Changes to the service
AI Futa may add, modify or remove features or muses at any time.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with or without notice.

The site may contain links to third party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Futa is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify AI Futa against claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the service.

Governing law
