Account details such as email and display name; messages you send to muses; basic technical data such as device type and approximate region; and payment confirmations from our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

- To improve muse quality using aggregated, de-identified insights.
- To reply to messages sent through the contact form.
Legal bases
We process data to perform our agreement with you, to meet legal obligations and, where relevant, on the basis of legitimate interests or consent.
Sharing
We never sell personal data. We share it only with trusted processors who help us host, secure and bill the service, under strict contracts.
Retention
Conversation history is kept while your account is active. You can delete chats at any time, and we remove account data within 30 days of closure unless the law requires longer.

Data is encrypted in transit and protected with access controls and regular reviews.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
